Personal Data We Process
When you visit our site and use our contact form, our processing is limited to:
- Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, and the company you work for (optional).
- Message content: the message you send us through the form or by email.
- Technical & security data: IP address, browser/device information, visit timestamps and — subject to your consent — usage/analytics data collected via cookies.
We do not intend to collect special categories of data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.); please do not share such data through our forms.
Purposes of Processing
We process your data only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you,
- Provide information and proposals about our quality management system consultancy and corporate training,
- Assess and record your requests and complaints,
- Keep the website secure and prevent abuse and spam,
- Measure site usage and improve your experience where you consent (analytics),
- Comply with our legal obligations.
Legal Grounds
We rely on the following grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK (and Article 6 GDPR where relevant):
- Your explicit consent — for analytics/marketing cookies and cross-border transfers,
- Performance of a contract — for proposal and pre-contract requests,
- Compliance with a legal obligation,
- Establishment or protection of a legal claim,
- Our legitimate interests — to answer your enquiry and secure the site, provided your fundamental rights are not overridden.
How We Collect Data
We collect your data through the contact form, emails and calls you send us, and via cookies and similar technologies as you use the site — partly by automated means.
Disclosure of Data
We may share your data, limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with:
- Our service providers (data processors): our form/relay provider (Cloudflare Workers), our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare Pages), our email provider and — if used — analytics providers. They process data only on our instructions.
- Our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile): it checks the technical data of visits to our forms (IP address, browser and device information) for automated abuse; we share that data with it only for this purpose. Under its own terms the provider may also use it, as a separate controller, to improve its service.
- Competent public authorities: only where required by law or a valid legal request.
We never sell or rent your personal data for marketing.
Our Service Providers
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting the site, relaying the contact form, and spam protection (Turnstile) | Connection data and the form's fields |
| Microsoft 365 | The mailbox the form reaches | The form's fields |
| Google Ads | Measuring our ads, only if you accept marketing cookies | Cookie and ad measurement data |
Cross-Border Transfers
Some of our providers (e.g. Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Turnstile and any analytics providers) may host servers outside Turkey, so your form and technical data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK — as a rule based on your explicit consent, or on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where available.
Before submitting the contact form you will be asked to tick a box consenting to this transfer to providers abroad. If you prefer not to, you can reach us directly at info@kalitepusulasi.com or +90 532 683 95 24.
Retention
We keep your data only for as long as the purpose requires and within the retention/limitation periods set by law. Enquiries are deleted, destroyed or anonymised after a reasonable period (generally no more than 3 years). Where processing relies on consent, we delete the data promptly if you withdraw it.
Your Rights
Subject to Article 11 of the KVKK (and, for EU/EEA visitors, Articles 15–22 of the GDPR), you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- Have your data erased or destroyed where the legal grounds for processing no longer apply,
- Have corrections, erasures and destructions notified to third parties the data was shared with,
- Object to decisions produced solely by automated processing that affect you,
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing,
- Where processing relies on consent, withdraw that consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can submit requests, together with information verifying your identity, by post to Üniversite Mah. Sarıgül Sok. No:37/1 İç Kapı No:97, 34320 Avcılar/İstanbul, or by email from your registered address to info@kalitepusulasi.com. We respond free of charge within thirty (30) days. If your request is refused, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).
